Dr. Nucci performs a comprehensive evaluation on each patient.  During the initial evaluation he performs a physical examination and reviews all x-rays as well as MRI’s.  Dr. Nucci formulates a treatment plan which is tailored to each patient’s unique needs.  The treatment plan may include medications, physical therapy, massage therapy, Epidural Steroid Injections and home exercise programs.  When conservative treatment does not adequately control the patient’s symptoms they may benefit from a surgical procedure.
